Calm & Relax

Calm and Relax classes provide coaching, teaching and a forward plan, designed to meet the aims of individual clients. There is no need to have done yoga before.  Each session includes teaching of easy to learn movements, tools and techniques.  A individual plan is developed to support clients to incorporate what they have learnt into their daily lives, to create more calm, relaxation and joy too!
