Move & Relax
Movement with music to bring flexibility, energy and a sense of calm.
For people living with neurological conditions, like Parkinson's and MS, their companions, carers and support persons; who can attend individually or together.
Each music accompanied session, will include warm ups, flowing movement sequences, breath work and relaxation.
This class can be done seated or standing, according to individual preference and need.
Modifications and adaptations will be provided.
Small class sizes allowing for individual attention.

Dru Yoga Flow
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being, My classes include warm ups, yoga movement, flow sequences and deep relaxation, which leave clients feeling stretched, energised, relaxed and restored. ​
Dru Flow & Dance
Dru Yoga Flow & Dance is a fusion of yoga and dance move choreographed to music. Regular practice improves flexibility, strength and muscle tone as well as making clients feel more alert, energetic and improving their concentration

Back Care & Well Being
Back Care & Well Being is taught as a 6 -8 week course. It is easy, enjoyable and suitable for pretty much anyone. It doesn't matter how mobile, active or flexiible they are and there is no need to have ever been to a yoga class before. With this specialist programme, people will be able to be able to enjoy moving their body again.
Yoga Dance Workshop
A half day retreat to nourish your body, mind and soul.
Learn the new 'I Believe' yoga dance choreography.
An opportunity to explore movement with contrast of expressions, gravity and grace, weight and weightlessness, boldness or tenderness, or strength and softness.
